1) How long does it take to process my order? 

We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, in peak times this can take up to two days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location.

2) How long after my order is processed do I have to wait to receive my tracking information? 

Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking information.

3) Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Zenovia Collection ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4) Are your lip glosses sticky?

our glosses are silky, smooth, and comfortable never that heavy sticky mess. Just lightweight shine with hydration. 

5) Are your glosses safe for sensitive lips/skin?

Yes. Our glosses are made with safe, high-quality ingredients designed to be gentle and nourishing. If you have specific allergies, please check our ingredient list or contact us before purchasing.

6) Are your lashes reusable?

Absolutely! With the right care, our lashes can be reused 10–15 times. Just gently remove glue after each wear and store them back in their box.

7) Do your bundles actually save me money?

100%! Our bundles are specially priced to give you more for less. When you bundle up, you glow up and save coins.

8) Can I customise a bundle?

At the moment, our bundles come pre-set to give you the best value. But keep an eye out custom bundles are something we’re working on. 

9) What if I receive the wrong item or my order is damaged?

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, name and a photo. We’ll fix it for you right away. 

10) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on lip products and lashes. But if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out customer happiness is always our priority.
